Covenant Enforcement
Posted on Oct 30th, 2017
Neighbors,
I have very recently received a number of complaints from members stating that several neighbors have been violating a section of our covenants by storing Campers, Boats and other recreational vehicles in their driveway, in most cases in front of your homes.
Article VI, Section 6 states: All trailers, boats, or other recreational or business
vehicles shall be stored in either enclosed structures or to the rear of the rear
building line of the residence.
As many of you know, our covenants were established so that we (the Board and you the members) could control the 'Level of Quality' that we enjoy in Skyline and maintain the value of our shared properties through that control. In a review of the neighborhood, the Board has found that several members are not following this important covenant.

The short term solution to this problem is that we are still accepting applications for 'very affordable' winter storage in the quonset at Skyline Corral. Applications and contact information is available on the documents page of our web site, but don't wait! There is a limited amount of space and our facility is first come first serve. Beyond that option, PLEASE make every effort to follow this covenant 'as soon as possible' as covenant enforcement is a step we would all like to avoid.
For the Board,
Mike Dudzinski

Skyline Tree and Dump
Posted on Jun 22nd, 2017
Dear SRPOA Members,

Recently, your association had to dispose of the mass of tree branches and other brush at our ‘dump’ area inside Skyline Corral. It has become necessary that we hire outside contractors to grind the product as we can no longer burn and hauling the pile away is too expensive. The equipment used in this process is jumbo sized and ‘very’ expensive to operate. Over the last several years, we have spent in excess of $6,000 per year to dispose of the tree branches and brush left along with ‘at least’ two trailer loads of garbage, stone, lumber, fence, tires, etc...

This is a special clinic limited to 50 participants for special youth and young adults that need a smaller and more hands on experience at fishing. The Nebraska Walleye Association Kids Fishing Charity puts these clinics on all over the state of Nebraska. We’ve made this clinic smaller in size to give special needs youth and young adults a chance to try out fishing. No rods or reels are needed. We will provide a short lunch, instructional training (about 1 hour), fishing gear, bait and assistance with fishing. All that you need are your children and a lawn chair. Brothers and sisters are welcome but please sign them up at the same time.   We will begin checking everyone in starting at 12:30 PM at the picnic shelter at Skyline Ranches Park.
All participants get a certificate of completion and a rod & reel.
There will be hot dogs, chips and drinks before starting the clinic.  The NWA will teach casting, knot tying, bait, tackle, & fish ID.  Then everyone gets to try their hand at fishing!
