Skyline Corral User Fee’s

The biggest change comes from the use of the grounds for weddings and receptions for the afore mentioned reasons. The cost to reserve Skyline Corral for members in good standing (including their descendents) is now $250, and $500 for persons ‘sponsored’ by a member in good standing that does not live in Skyline. Sponsors must be present during the entire event.  A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking, and refunded if the property is returned in the condition it was found.  All trash and decorations must be hauled away and any damages, repaired.
 
All other activities such as family reunions, graduation parties, birthdays, horse and other arena related events, etc. shall increase to $50 for members in good standing, and $100 for persons ‘sponsored’ by a member in good standing that does not live in Skyline. Sponsors must be present during the entire event.  A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking, and refunded if the property is returned in the condition it was found.  All trash and decorations must be hauled away and any damages, repaired.
 
Non-Members wishing to use the amenities of Skyline Corral for the purposes of family and graduation pictures may do so by permission only.  Requests can be made by email at: www.skylineranches.org.
 
Your Board of Directors is reaffirming the rule that Skyline Corral and any other property (Trails & other common ground) belonging or controlled & maintained by SRPOA is ‘Private’, and for use by Members in Good Standing.  SRPOA members and its Board of Directors neither assume nor conveys any liability for damages to persons or property related to events taking place on common property owned by SRPOA.
